All weddings are special , but every now and again you are involved in a wedding where you are personally involved and know the family well. Lisa is the daughter of very close friends of mine and Eric asked me to collaborate the photography with him (as he is also a wedding photographer) on the day as he was involved with the wedding party itself an couldnt cover many aspects of the day . As weve worked together many times we have a close understanding of each others work and put together a fantastic set of images for Lisa and Pieter. Lisa and Pieter have truly had a fairytale romance, meeting at Stellenbosch University they have been inseperable ever since they met. What makes it even more special is the fact that Lisa is blind and one of the highlights was her guide dog Pam walking down the isle to bring them their rings. The love and adoration Lisa and Pieter have for each other is tangible and I dont think there was a dry eye through the ceremony and especially the speeches. Eric and Sandy thankyou for entrusting your daughters memories to me and to Lisa and Pieter I wish you all the best for the future.
